2. Services

AIFlowPrime provides online learning content and educational resources related to artificial intelligence and digital skills. Services are delivered through our digital platform and may include videos, quizzes, downloadable materials, and certification.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access paid courses. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Sharing account access is prohibited.

4. Payments and Access

Access to paid content is granted upon receipt of payment. Prices are displayed in CHF and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your location.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied or unable to complete a course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been started.
Partial refund (50%) if less than 25% of the course has been completed within 14 days of purchase.
No refund is available after 14 days or if more than 25% of the course is completed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@aiflowprime.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through AIFlowPrime, including video, text, graphics, and branding, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our platform. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR and Swiss regulations.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and will take effect upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Canton of Bern.
